At altitude, our bodies naturally boost their production of red blood cells. The result? More energy, improved tone and better fitness! After all, it's no coincidence that top athletes train in the mountains. Breathing in the pure air and immersing yourself in the white silence of the peaks is the first step towards wellbeing.
And then… there’s the snow. The kind that crunches underfoot, invites you to fall into its softness, to play, and to collapse in childlike laughter. The grandiose décor of our mountains flicks the switch immediately to ‘relax’. It is impossible to think about emails whilst cruising through snowy pine forests in Méribel Mottaret, or sliding along a mountain ridge which glints in the sunlight.
In the mountains, everything seems bigger, brighter, more simple. White slopes as far as the eye can see, snow-capped summits – Mont Vallon, or Mont Blanc in the distance – stretching out into infinity. At each turn, the landscape captivates, transports.
A veil of mist on the frosted branches, a ray of sunlight through the snowflakes… Here, surrounded by nature, something magic happens. And the good news? You can experience all this in Méribel Mottaret!
