11 downhill (DH) trails: 1 green, 3 blue, 4 red, 2 black and 1 double black, i.e. over 35 km of pure downhill, with new variants every year.
10 enduro itineraries: 1 green, 2 blue, 3 red and 4 black, i.e. 104 km of itineraries easily accessible with the ski lifts.
4 cross-country itineraries: 1 green, 1 blue, 1 red and 1 black.
3 special routes for electrically-assisted bicycles (VAE / VTTAE)

The blue trail of the ridges, on the Tougnète Side
Pure bliss — easy, very well laid out and maintained, with stunning views.
Accessible via the Tougnète gondola and then the Tougnète chairlift.
The blue trail from Pas du Lac Mid-Station to Méribel Centre
Long, but easy, it takes you through alpine pastures and forests. Best done in the afternoon, in the sunshine!

The green trail between Mottaret and Méribel
Following the Truite river, with wooden features right in the forest.
Extremely fun and beautiful — often a favorite among young bikers!
Accessible from Méribel-Mottaret.
E7 – The Ridges (Red)
A world-class trail facing Mont Blanc, far from the lifts and crowds.
Start from the top of Tougnète 2, then climb up to Roc de Fer. From there, the ridgeline rolls on all the way to Croix Jean-Claude before diving down to Les Allues.
E3 – Les Combes (Blue)
Stunning views over the valley with a finish in the Tuéda Nature Reserve, riding through stone pine forest and alongside the lake.
Access via the Tougnète 2 chairlift.
In Méribel-Mottaret: The Mottaret bike wash is at Pas du lac towards the package terminals.
In Méribel: The cleaning center is located on the Méribel Chaudanne plateau, behind the Saulire Express gondola.
