Skiing: access directly from the slopes.

Accessible, clear and now legendary: welcome to Col de la Loze! One of the most popular spots, it's sunny, often sheltered from the wind, and offers an almost 360-degree view of the surrounding peaks. In front of you, the lake and the Loze rock, where you can watch the most daring freeride descents by connoisseur riders.
Do you have a 3 Vallées ski pass? Switch to Courchevel and discover the Nid de la Loze, an atypical, pointed hut where you can bask in comfort. With a view, of course!
A bike up there? Yes, yes: the Col de la Loze has been the finish line for the Tour de France three times. A must-try in summer, on a muscle bike if you're an enthusiast, otherwise on an electric bike, as the summer panorama is well worth the effort!

Enjoy lunch with a spectacular view! Head to the Wild Wild East of Les 3 Vallées in Courchevel Moriond for a breathtaking break in front of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains, reminiscent of the Grand Canyon.
Plenty of picnic tables await you by the Portetta Gap, often snow-covered, and you can watch off-piste hikers exploring the wild Avals Valley.
Access: At the top of the Signal chairlift, Courchevel Moriond area (1650).

Access: Picnic tables located behind the Chanrossa lift station, at the base of the Chanrossa and Marmottes lifts.
At the top of the Roc 1 gondola, discover one of Les Menuires’ picnic areas with panoramic views of the Vallon du Lou and La Masse. Settle in to eat or relax—picnic tables, deck chairs, and phone charging stations are available on site. Enjoy!

For a hot snack or just to warm up before heading back up the lifts, take a well-earned break in the “PIKNIC’N RELAX” room which is located under the Pas du Lac gondola in the centre of Méribel-Mottaret.
