Recovery & activation packages
Where can I pick up my ski passes in the resort?
You can pick up your ski pass at one of our ticket machines:
Méribel-Mottaret Pick-up kiosk: in the tourist office building on the snow front of Méribel-Mottaret.
Hameau Pick-up kiosk: in the Odalys du Hameau residence building, on the heights of Méribel-Mottaret.
What documents do I need to present to pick up my packages at the checkout?
You should have received a confirmation email containing the QR code you need to scan to pick up your ski passes.
Do I have to go through the points of sale to activate my packages?
Ski passes are activated automatically the first time you use the lift terminals. So there's no need to visit our sales outlets to activate it!

From 05/12/2026 to 05/02/2027: 8:35 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
From 06/02/2027 to 18/04/2027: 8:35 a.m. to 4:35 p.m.
Le Hameau du Mottaret is open Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays
From 05/12/2026 to 05/02/2027 : 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
From 06/02/2027 to 18/04/2027 : 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.
What are the lift opening times?
The ski area opens every morning at 9:00 am. It closes at 4:30 pm in early winter and at 5:00 pm from mid-February.
Offers & rates
Are prices the same on the Internet and in retail outlets?
With the exception of the exclusive Saturday 3 Vallées ski pass at -20%, internet prices are exactly the same as those at the point of sale.
Are point-of-sale and online discounts the same?
You'll enjoy the same discounts at all points of sale (except for the 3 Vallées offer on Saturday, reserved for online sales).
