Our advisors are available every day during the winter season and are at your service to help you understand how our ski area functions. Our team will also help you to choose the best lift pass for your holiday in Méribel or the 3 Valleys.

Recovering and activating packages
You can collect your skipass in point of sale or in interactive terminal. You'll have the choice during your purchase. See more about our point of sales
Please bring your order number and the full name of the buyer. If possible, please also present a copy of the confirmation email which you should have received just a few moments after placing your order on the website.
All lift passes are personal and not transferable.
Please be vigilant and take care of your pass – the lift stations have facial recognition cameras.
Openning hours
The points of sale are open every day from 8.35 to 16.45.
Prices and offers
Aside from the web exclusive of 3 Valleys Saturday passes at 20% discount, the internet prices are the same as at the points of sale in resort.
