Our advisors are available every day during the winter season and are at your service to help you understand how our ski area functions. Our team will also help you to choose the best lift pass for your holiday in Méribel or the 3 Valleys.

Recovery & activation packages
You can pick up your ski pass at one of our ticket machines:
Méribel-Mottaret Pick-up kiosk: in the tourist office building on the snow front of Méribel-Mottaret.
Hameau Pick-up kiosk: in the Odalys du Hameau residence building, on the heights of Méribel-Mottaret.
You should have received a confirmation email containing the QR code you need to scan to pick up your ski passes.
Ski passes are activated automatically the first time you use the lift terminals. So there's no need to visit our sales outlets to activate it!
Opening hours opening
Our sales outlets are open every day from 8.35am to 4.45pm.
The ski area opens every morning at 9:00 am. It closes at 4:30 pm in early winter and at 5:00 pm from mid-February.
Offers & rates
With the exception of the exclusive Saturday 3 Vallées ski pass at -20%, internet prices are exactly the same as those at the point of sale.
You'll enjoy the same discounts at all points of sale (except for the 3 Vallées offer on Saturday, reserved for online sales).
