We answer those questions that you’ve never dared to ask whilst cruising around the 3 Valleys on your skis or seated on one of our comfortable ski lifts: What are those big grey tubes? Skiing all day… you can’t beat it. But we also know that a little break between pistes, on a sun-soaked terrace, is good for the soul. After a morning on the slopes, it’s soooo good to sit back and relax in a sunny spot with a breath-taking panorama and even more special when you are anticipating a delicious lunch!

Dropping your kids to ski school and you have only **three hours** ahead of you for a ski? No worries, we have a plan for you too – leave your usual runs and discover new horizons, viewpoints, different environments and pistes to those you usually ski! The stopwatch is set, so let’s go - we’ll show you around our top routes in the 3 Valleys.

This one is for all the advanced riders, those of you who come to the 3 Valleys to ‘go large’ and clock up the kilometres on long, carving descents! In this article we present to you the very longest runs in the 3 Valleys, those that start at the summit with mountains as far as the eye can see, and that finish down in the valley, among the forests of ancient pines. Plenty to feast your eyes upon, and to warm up those thighs!

Courchevel is far from being a beginners-only resor - quite the opposite, in fact! Although the runs into the villages are relatively gentle, the mountains rise steeply slightly further up. And it’s Courchevel that is home to the highest number of black runs in the 3 Valleys (12 in total) - to the great delight of thrill-seeking skiers and snowboarders!
